SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

We take great care in all of products and want to ensure that everyone is delivered the BEST experience possible. Time is of the essence, but perfection cannot be rushed. All of our candle products are hand poured and packaged in the order they are received. After order confirmation, please allow 2 - 3 business days to process + fulfill your order for shipment. Order packing and shipping occurs Monday - Friday (not including US Federal holidays). Estimated shipping times are confirmed at checkout.

For PRE-ORDERED items, order processing + shipping estimates are displayed on the product screen. All updates are communicated to the customer via the email used during order placement.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY ON UNUSED ITEMS RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING FEES, TAXES AND/OR ANY RESTOCKING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH ANY RETURN OR PRODUCT EXCHANGE.

If you receive your order damaged, you may request to either exchange the item or receive store credit via email within 48 hours of delivery receipt. Photo evidence is required by the shipment carrier and the item(s) must not be used and returned in its original packaging. NOTE: Store credit is issued to the customers email account used during the original order checkout process.

Wax melts and tealights are available for purchase so that you may test a fragrance before purchasing a candle.
